Join me for an introduction to the art of Steel Mace Flow. We will cover the basic theory, steps, transitions, and foundational movements. Students will leave this workshop with the knowledge and support to cultivate a new creative movement practice, learn the Steel Mace Flow Masterclass Flow AND take home their very own Steel Mace!
