About the event
Hey Calgary! We've partnered with one of my favourite locals grocers, Community Natural Foods. On the last Sunday of each month I will be hosting a grocery store tour. I will lead a quick presentation as we sip on a coffee of what we will be looking for and how to select quality foods, read food labels and support local. We will then let the games begin with "Over/Under" Challenges at the til for gift cards. Let's have some fun!
